Project Description
The Waurn Ponds Feeder Main (WPFM) is required to provide security of supply to existing and future residential growth in the Waurn Ponds and South Highton area. This feeder main will comprise of a 300mm water main linking the 600mm feeder main along Pigdons Road with the 300mm feeder main in South Valley Road, the alignment generally being through the Geelong Bypass road reserve and then along the Princes Highway.
Targets / Performance Outcomes
Awarded additional works to continue pipeline down Rossack Drive based on successful progress and strong work ethics.
Management of complex scheduling of works due to wait on high pressure fittings.
Traffic coordination including closing off ‘entry’ and ‘exit’ driveways of 8 fast food outlets to complete pipeline through 180 metre section of asphalt, start and completed the week prior to the easter holiday break.
