Challenges abound in water main construction at Camberwell junction

Recognised for it’s project management expertise of challenging projects, JHL Civil has been awarded a project for FKP Properties to install a new water main down Riversdale Road and across the busy intersection of Camberwell junction in Hawthorn, Victoria. The works involve lift and relay, limited construction corridor, restricted times for accessibility, zero lay down area, night works and boring under tram ways on Bourke Road. JHL Civil will work collaboratively with all stakeholders including, Wallbridge and Gilbert, Yarra Valley Water, Yarra Trams, Powercor and the City of Boorondara to achieve the best result for the project and the client.
