JHL is proud to announce it will be returning to Elster Creek Bentleigh to complete the second part of this project on behalf of Thiess and South East Water. Due to the significant amount of ground water, these projects were suspended in 2012.
The projects required deep exaction of boring entry and exit shafts, open cut installation of pipeline works, deep manhole structures including ring and timber methods, 2 pumping stations, PE welding, night works, dewatering, confined space entry, live sewer break ins and reinstatement of parks, gardens and road structures.
The upgrade to Bentleigh’s sewer network will allow more effective management of sewage flows during extreme wet weather events and protect our environment in the unlikely event of a sewage spill.
